Welcome to Term 4
Can you believe it? Two weeks and already we have done so much. What a fantastic Greats and Grands Day we had this year. It was very sad that we had to say our farewells to Tigger the cat after 20 years of being the best school cat ever!! However, everyone had done a marvelous job of decorating the stones for his special garden which looks great and I am sure he will rest peacefully there.
Congratulations to all the actors and actresses who took part in the play, it was a bit distracting with people talking in the audience, but you were great, you carried on, spoke your lines clearly, had good expression, faced the audience at all times and remembered you lines extremely well.

ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear about Tigger! Tigger always seemed to be either waiting outside the school office to greet me when I arrived or sitting on the seat I was about to sit on in the staffroom when I visited. It is great that you have created a special garden for Tigger and decorated rocks to surround it. I wonder if another cat will adopt Ohaeawai School....
